Peekaboo is in a private collection. This self portrait, done with chalk pastels, was created just as I was beginning to show my artwork in local galleries. I pour my heart and soul into my work and was terrified of having it on display to be judged by all who saw it. Looking back at this piece, I can definitely see and feel the fear I felt at that time ~ Wanting to break down the walls, but terrified and a little hesitant to jump in fully.
