About Tanielle Childers

Tanielle Childers Whimsical artist, Tanielle Childers was born in Loveland, Colorado where she has lived the majority of her life. Acrylics are her medium of choice for their vibrancy and versatility. She specializes in painting intuitively, pouring her emotion, love, and gratitude for life and our earth into every piece. Her playful expression of the natural world and landscape, combined with her limitless imagination, offers viewers an uplifting and heartwarming perspective on the world around us. From afar, the vivid colors draw viewers in, inviting them to have a closer look. What they discover up close is a magical and visual delight beckoning them to stay and explore every delicate detail.

Tanielle has been mastering her skills and signature style as a professional artist, showing and selling her work at Lincoln Gallery in Loveland since 1999. Her artwork has been selected twice by the Loveland Chamber of Commerce as the official design for their annual Valentine’s Day card. She was also chosen by a local business owner to paint a heart as part of Loveland’s “City with HeART™" program. “Follow Your Heart”, was unveiled in March of 2015, and is on public display on 7th Street in downtown Loveland. A 30"x60" acrylic print of Tanielle’s painting titled, “Tree of Life”, hangs in the brand new NICU at Poudre Valley Hospital. The very same print greets patients and their families at the entrance of UC Health Children’s Therapy Services of Fort Collins. A 48"x60"acrylic print of "What a Wonderful World" hangs in the Mother Family unit on the 5th floor of Medical Center of the Rockies here in Loveland.

Tanielle attended Fort Lewis College in 1994 to begin her pursuit of a Fine Arts Degree. Two weeks into her second year, three of her good friends were killed in a car accident and she reluctantly withdrew shortly thereafter, as the trauma proved to be too much. This tragedy altered the course of her life and helped her to see and appreciate a deeper meaning of living in a brand new light. She came away from it enlightened, humbled and determined more than ever to continue following her heart by sharing her art with the world around her. Tanielle’s vibrant collection of artwork and poetry is a celebration and reflection of life capturing the spirit, energy, and beauty of the natural world as she experiences it, rather than exactly as she sees it.
